Keto Gym Routine

I'm on day 4 of Keto and feel like I'm past a lot of the headaches and other initial withdrawal symptoms. My ultimate goal is lose weight and help with other medical stuff. I have been a gym person for years and regularly weight train. I am worried about losing muscle on Keto and also want to optimize my use of this new found energy. Any tips for good gym routines and maybe stuff I could also do at home to keep things interesting? Thanks!
